This website

When you request a demo we keep what you typed into the form: your name, email address, school, your part in the band program, which board you asked about, and your message. We use it to reply to you and arrange the demo. We don’t sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list.

The form runs Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out spam. Turnstile checks your browser without asking you to pick out traffic lights; Cloudflare’s own privacy policy covers what it sees. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.

Want your request deleted? Emaildemo@pitcrewgenie.com and we’ll delete it.

The boards

The boards are for the adult volunteers. They hold each volunteer’s name, their posts, whether they arrived, and the notes the crew writes about posts. Each crew’s board is kept apart from every other crew’s.

What the boards never hold:

• A student roster, student logins, or any student contact detail
• Phone numbers
• Photos

On a host day, a coordinator may jot a short note on a visiting school saying who is walking that school around. It is a note for the coordinator, not a record of a student, and it is not searchable or linked to anything else.

A crew’s leader can ask us to delete their crew’s board, and we will.
